Last month I was in the process of installing some updated software on my computer, when it suddenly froze and wouldn’t do anything. I tried restarting it and even uninstalling the update, but it didn’t work. I knew that I had a real problem, and I called a tech support line for advice. They told me what they thought had happened, and told me to reboot computer. I followed their advice, and everything started working again. Now I’m much or careful about what I download, but at least I know what to do if this ever happens again. It’s good to know how to do things like this.
