Skeptics are everywhere when it comes to the latest forms of technology.  Even the biggest tech blogs are skeptical about Onlive.  I am going to take a wild guess and say that the Onlive system will have launched by Christmas time 2010.  They need to launch around the holidays in order to catch on the quickest.  The Console will rely on large crowds of freinds getting eachother to join, so the more people who join the fastest, the better off Onlive will be.  If they wait too long then other companies will invade their niche, and the company will fail altogether.
