I love my husband very much, but he can be a real pain at times. Instead of telling me that his laptop was freezing up and shutting down, he immediately orders a new one. I did not find out about the problem until after the new laptop had arrived. I was able to remove the antivirus soft from his old laptop and it was working like new. He felt really silly when I told him what the problem was and how easy it was to fix. He promised me that the next time he will check with me before he makes any hasty decisions.
