Over the years, I have tried a number of computer programs only to discard them because they were not user friendly. This is one of the reasons that I did not use an online data storage system. I could never figure them out. That was before I found out about carbonite.com. This has to be one of the easiest programs I have ever used. Not only do they offer tutorials so you can see step by step what to do, they also have an extensive knowledge base for all of your questions. I wish all programs were this easy as I have wasted thousands of dollars over the years.
