I have always been interested in the medical fields, but I just don’t have the years or money to become a doctor or similar specialist. I do think that I could do really well and live on a surgical technician salary. I might not become filthy rich, but I could support my family and not take home all the job pressures that go with being the surgeon himself. My family is very supportive of whatever I decide to focus on, but I think that they would be especially pleased if I went into a people-helping profession. That’s kind of what they have instilled in us over the years.
