I Am Giving a Eulogy for a Quiet Little Man

How does one speak well of someone you never really knew? I felt that way when asked to give the eulogy for a reclusive man who died recently in our small town. It took some digging to find out much about Mr. Hicks, but the searching was worth it. This man had a college degree that he never used because he chose to come back home and take care of his parents who were in poor health. He lived very simply because any extra money went to help some other struggling young student through school. He was a man of prayer and devotion, although he rarely spoke in church. He was a man of purpose, just a quiet one.
