Last spring I hired a handy man service to hand some new doors in my home. I had already purchased the doors and the just needed to be put up.  It was a really basic job but the guy I hired destroyed the doors.  He cut the bottom of three of the doors off and now they are far too short.  One of the doors he actually hung upside down.  I paid him half down as a deposit and I want it refunded.  He refuses to give me any money back.  I called around town looking for a good Naples attorney to find out what my recourse was.  I think I will have them take care of this for me.
