I live in Rhode Island  and am interested in capturing shots of birds on the water, nature is forever changing and the species are always different, which constantly keeps my work fresh and exciting. I’ll do a photography study and then do an oil painting as well using lots of bright colors. I get lost in awe how nature so perfectly creates design. Color theory is represented so perfectly in nature every day. Yellow and purple in the spring, blue and orange in the fall, red and green as well in the fall…it’s incredible. I just recently taught a class in oil painting and one of my students even put her work up on a rate artist photos site! I love  inspiring my students by nature.
