We finally completed remodeling the dance studio which my wife owns and has taught at for years.  We came upon quite a surprise that our insurance rates dropped because the flooring we installed has a hire resistant rating, our rates dropped 20%.  It was at flooring solutions sydney where they were very helpful in recommending the kind of floor needed for dance and still being safety minded.  It was well within our budget and looks great.  With the added savings from insurance premiums, the difference in the standard floor and the one we installed will pay for itself within 5 years.   It was the right choice.
