I work in a very busy doctor’s office. We see patients from the moment the doors open to after our regular office hours have ended. I guess that’s good. My doctor is well liked and respected in this community. He has more patients sometimes than he seems to have time for, but they just keep coming, and he keeps seeing them. He is also very insistent that we practice excellent sanitary procedures, with so many sick folks passing in and out through our doors in the period of a day. I go through vinyl examination gloves like they were candy. I guess that’s a good thing because gloves reduce the opportunity for germs to be spread around.
