My aunt was asking around for who the best Florida lawyer was after getting seriously bit by a dog.  She is a visiting nurse and while visiting a client she was attacked by their dog.  She always made it clear to the home owner that she felt the dog should be in a separate room whenever she came over because the dog was always growling at her.  She was always very uncomfortable when visiting the house.  The home owner always said that it was not necessary and while visiting one day she was attacked by the dog.  After the attack the home owner refused to answer any of my aunts calls.  That was when she decided to contact a lawyer to get things in motion.  The lawyer was able to speak with the home owner, and come to find out the dog was not up to date on his shots and my aunt was forced to go through a considerable amount of medical procedures.
