Now that I actually own the Black & Decker PHV1800Cb, I wonder how I ever got by without it. So let me rave a little. It’s super portable, always charged, ready to clean anywhere, and its suction is very very powerful. I originally bought it for my car, but now find that I’m constantly using it for quick cleanup jobs all around the house. It makes life easy when cleaning up anywhere is such a cinch. I read some Black & Decker PHV1800CB Reviews about it being loud. It’s no louder than any other vacuum, but maybe it seems louder ’cause it’s such a tiny thing. Can’t say that the noise bothers me. I even took it on holiday with me! Bottom line: Buy it; you won’t be disappointed.
