Owning a house is a dream come true for me. I have lived in rentals for ages and there are always things that I would love to change when the place is rented, but of course there are rarely things that landlords will allow us to do as renters. I am now the proud owner of my own house and there is no landlord or manager there telling me no when I ask to paint or change something. My Seattle mortgage made it possible for me to have a house of my own and it is a huge step for me.
