Ever since my son told me he wants to be a DJ, I have been trying to figure out how to help him get started. I did some research on the Internet, and it said that the best way to learn dj mixing is to go to a night club and watch a disk jockey at work. However, he is much too young for that. So I went to the music store in town and bought some equipment and a few books. Between that and the web, I think he’ll be able to teach himself enough to get a good start at what he wants to be.
